​My name is Maxim, I joined Bain & Company as a Business Analyst in 2016, climbed career ladder through 5 promotions and left the company as a Senior Manager in 2025.
Throughout my decade at MBB I worked and led 20+ engagements in a variety of industries from due diligences to aviation.
I was an active interviewer at Bain, conducted hundreds of case and behavioral interviews selecting high-quality talent for my offices.
